Product Information
Each of our stained glass gift items is real glass, cut and
soldered by craftsmen in the USA. No two pieces are exactly alike. Due to the
nature of the pressed flower designs, small fragments of petals may break off
and appear out of place. The glass may appear to have blisters, seeds, and other
variations in the surface. These are not defects, but characteristic of
hand-crafted stained glass.
Electroplating
Due to overwhelming response to our new gold plating (GP),
Glassical Heirlooms is now offering our complete line of stained glass products
available only in 22K gold plating. We have many other products available in the
platinum look (PL) plating, which is nickel. They are the 25th anniversary and
others shown throughout the catalog. Products not plated will be indicated.
Payment Processing
Payments are processed securely through PayPal, Inc.. PayPal accepts all major credit and debit cards -- a PayPal account is not required.
Shipping Charges
All products will be shipped by UPS to the US and Canada only.
We're sorry, we are unable to fill overseas orders at this time. Shipping

North Carolina retail customers will be charged 7% state sales
tax as required by NC state law.
Damages or defects must be reported within 10 days of receipt of
order.
Retail orders may be drop shipped to gift recipient.
Retail backorders over $50 will be shipped within 4 weeks.

Pricing
All prices are FOB Forest City, NC and may be changed without
formal notice. Please note that all prices are for merchandise only. All orders
are charged a fee which is incorporated into the freight amount to cover our
special boxing needed to ensure your glass arrives in good condition.
Return Policy
All returns must be authorized. If defective or incorrect
merchandise is received due to our error, please notify us within 10 working
days. Notify of any breakage due to shipping during the same time. For a damage
claim to be honored, merchandise must be returned in the original packaging. On
returned merchandise, a 20% re-stocking fee will be charged and credit issued.
